Based on our AI project experiences, we strongly recommend to consider below approach when setting up a new AI initiative.

Ideation and proof of technology: 

AI is a very fast changing technology, new models are released frequently. In addition, each enterprise has it's own use cases, business processes and needs and his own IT landscape. 

Therefore, when setting up an AI project, we suggest ot have an ideation phase to check how the business requirements and scope can be best delivered by the latest AI models and technologies, customized to the specificities of the Company. 

In case of any open technical design questions, we strongly recommend a short proof of technology phase to ensure that the design is feasible to a realistic budget and planning, and that the target solution remains evolutive and maintainable.
